It's pretty much a given that most brides dedicate approximately 95% of their energy to planning the wedding and the remaining 5% to planning the honeymoon. The fact is, you want your big day to be perfect, but you'll settle for a honeymoon destination that has great weather and nice accommodations. With this in mind, Rosewood Hotels devised the perfect package: brides who tie the knot at select Rosewood hotels in the U.S. are given complimentary accommodations for two nights at one of their Caribbean or Mexican properties—no honeymoon planning required! To sweeten the deal, they're even throwing in a private beach dinner for two!
The package is actually quite genius. While you're busy hammering out every big day detail, you can relax knowing you'll have the honeymoon of your dreams after the "I Dos." Here are the incredible hotels participating:

This week we're giving our hometown some love with an incredible N.Y.C. wedding. Rehana and Andy married in May at the Midtown Loft (midtownloft.net) with the help of one of our favorite new planners, Kimberlee Bendeck (kimberleebendeck.com). The city is the perfect setting for their modern color palette—yellow and gray. The best detail of all, though, has to be Kimberlee's awesome job getting the Empire State Building illuminated in the couple's wedding colors the night of their nuptials. Talk about a perfect ending! Congrats, Rehana & Andy!

Whether you’re in search of a beauty treat to try out on your wedding day or looking for a special thank you for your bridesmaids, BeingTRUE’s limited-edition Lipsync Heartfelt Lip Palettes ($38, BeingTRUE.com) are the perfect pick. The portable heart-shaped clutches—available in two palettes—contain a lip compact that has a light lip color, a shimmery gloss and a deeper lip shade.
Our favorite choice for brides is the “Art of Persuasion” set, which includes an icy pink gloss and bold berry lip color that seamlessly transitions from a day appropriate tint to a nighttime worthy pout in one easy swipe.
Each lip palette also comes complete with a retractable lip brush for quick, fuss-free applications. Another standout detail: BeingTRUE’s Heartfelt Lip Palettes are infused with a natural hint of peppermint to ensure your breath is fresh for the kiss.

Actress Jaime Pressly
married entertainment lawyer Simran Singh this weekend in California and we can't wait to see the pictures. The wedding details are a bit scarce right now, but what we do know is that she wore Jenny Packham gowns! Yes, gowns
—plural!
First, for the ceremony Pressly wore a stunning ivory silk V-neck gown embellished with more than 800,000 Swarovski crystals, glass beads and sequins. Pressly topped off her ceremony look with an Acacia crystal headpiece and veil, also from Jenny Packham’s bridal accessory collection.
For the reception, Pressly changed into a 40’s-inspired cocktail dress with beaded bell sleeves and an open-back.
Pressly also outfitted her maids in Jenny Packham—her 10 attendants wore platinum one-shoulder gowns with a crystal motif at the hip.

It’s simply a known fact: no truly decadent dessert bar is complete without some chocolate. So, when no ordinary chocolate will do—on your wedding day, for example—we have a few delicious (and surprising) suggestions:
Li-Lac Chocolates (li-lacchocolates.com) in N.Y.C. has been the go-to spot for rich, chocolate confections since 1923. These shops produce delicious, handmade morsels like French style cream rolls (in mouthwatering flavors like rum and mocha) and s’more-esque all-American bars. For a new take on the classic monogram, order Li-Lac’s chocolate letters in your initals.
After everyone’s indulged in cake, guests will want something light fare so have Mousse Temptations by JELL-O (brands.kraftfoods.com) on hand. These airy new pudding treats come in delicious flavors like Dark Chocolate Decadence and Caramel Crème (not actually chocolate, but still sure to please). Best of all, each portable cup is sugar-free and 60 calories, so even your dieting pals will be pleased.
The celebration shouldn’t end when your guests head home. That’s why VitaTops (vitalicious.com)—in rich varieties like decadent banana fudge and triple chocolate chunk—make for perfect parting gifts. The morning after your “I Dos” you friends will awake to a satisfying and indulgent breakfast. When you taste VitaMuffin in you’ll never want to fuss with the muffin stump again!

Welcome back to our weekly dose of our favorite things from the Internet. This week, the list includes inspiration from old movies
and a winery wedding. Enjoy!
Classic movies can be a great source of inspiration. Which is why we
like this inspiration board on Lucky Me,
which channels the Audrey Hepburn film Roman Holiday.
For those who would rather draw inspiration from vintage fashion than vintage
films, this unique headpiece on Little Winter Bride is probably right up your alley.
Another source of vintage goodness, in the form of old-fashioned cake
toppers, can be found on Victoria with Roses.
Check out EW.com's awesome roundup of TV weddings. Some of our faves include the Grey's Anatomy tear-jerker and Miranda's non-traditional nuptials on Sex and the City.
Pretty Pretty Paper had a gorgeous picture from a wedding that took place at the zoo. It
gives the term “lovebirds” a whole new meaning.
Finally, take a look at this winery wedding on Style Me Pretty.
We love the casual, yet elegant details, including paper lanterns and brightly colored wildflowers.

Every bride knows that a budget-friendly tip for your wedding day is to have a friend do your makeup. But did you ever think you’d have the chops to do it yourself? Now you can get the best how-to instructions for creating stunning wedding day looks with the help of YouTube’s latest beauty buff, Lauren Luke (
bylaurenluke.com).
If you haven’t heard of Luke yet, it's only a matter of time. She started off selling cosmetics on Ebay and instead of uploading pictures of products, she posted photos demonstrating how they looked when applied. Her makeup skills were so amazing that people wanted her tips for getting such glam looks, so she added her amazing how-to videos.
In addition to making fashioning your big day look a breeze, Luke's offering a brand new line of full-face makeup palettes. The five palettes in the By Lauren Luke collection—My Vintage Glam, My Smokey Classics, My Fierce Blue Violets, My Luscious Greens and My Sultry Blues—each come with an eyeshadow primer in two shades, three eye shadows, two lipsticks, a lipgloss, a blush and a black eyeliner ($37 each, sephora.com). True to form, the palettes also come with DIY tutorials.
Need a little more instruction? Check out Luke’s YouTube page where she personally demos how to get dolled up for your walk down the aisle.

Does your left hand long to stand out in a crowd? Got the itch to design your own rock? If so you’re in luck, because the engagement ring of your dreams—and your own design—is only a few clicks away. Private New York jeweler Vivianne Ivanier (
ivanierdesigns.com) customizes truly glamorous engagement rings (as well as cocktail rings, pendants, earrings and more) ensuring blushing brides' complete satisfaction.
It used to be that only the very lucky—or those with previously engaged girlfriends—even knew about Ivanier, as she worked exclusively through word-of-mouth referrals. In December 2007, though, the Montreal-born gemologist and designer went public and launched ivanierdesigns.com, giving brides-to-be everywhere the opportunity to have their dream rings custom designed.
Ivanier works with her clients every step of the way, from discussing the bride’s personal style and expectations to drafting a sketch and hand-selecting the stones.
And so your groom doesn't feel left out of the fun, Ivanier also custom designs wedding bands, as well as other menswear accessories, like cufflinks and fine watches.
Visit ivanierdesigns.com to check out Ivanier's work or email vivianne@ivanierdesigns.com to set up an appointment with Ivanier and let the creative process begin!

Welcome to our weekly roundup of the best of the wedding blogs. Read on for a
delicious alternative to wedding cake and flowers that make perfect
aisle runners.
Not a fan of buttercream or ganache? An ice cream bar, like this one
from iDIY,
is an equally sweet alternative for those who aren’t partial to cake.
Speaking of sweets, check out these bride, groom and bridesmaid cookies we found
on Globetrotting Bride.
They’d make great shower favors.
Wildflowers placed in glass bottles and tied to long branches make beautiful, rustic aisle runners for an outdoor wedding. See
the photo on Elizabeth Anne Designs.
These invitations from 100 Layer Cake, made from screen
prints and tied with twine, also have a stylish, rustic feel.
Finally, we enjoyed looking at photos of this real wedding on Brooklyn
Bride.
We liked the navy and yellow color palette and that they mixed damask print
with solid colors in their décor.
